Q: How much does each bag/bottle make?
A: Each mix is one serving. A bread mix makes one loaf of bread. Cookie and Brownie mixes make 12-16, Muffin mix makes 6-12, depending upon the size you make them. n-Dur-enz™ mixes make eight bars.

Q: How much of the mix should I use?
A: Pour the entire contents out of the bottle or bag and into a mixing bowl.

Q: Are the mixes in bags the same as in bottles?
A: No. The only mix that comes in a bag and a bottle is the 9 Grain Beer Bread.

Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: All orders are shipped via UPS within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
Note: UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box, you must supply an address.

Q: I know you carry this item, but I couldn't find it on your site. Can I still order it?
A: For the small number of items that are not found in our online store, please contact us. We will help you place an order.

Q: I have a Gluten/Wheat allergy, which products are wheat-free?
A: The Oatmeal Raisin and the Chocolate chip Cookies are wheat free. They are made with Oats and Oat Flour. You can also make wheat free muffins with these 2 mixes. Directions are on the package.
